Ok, I know there is a problem with my table exercise but at least it works in IE7. Firefox doesn't like the "bordercolor" element but I can't seem to make "border-color" work in an external css stylesheet. So, where have I gone wrong? uh, your border-color css worked fine in my firefox browser (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061025 Firefox/2.0 (Swiftfox)) -lovely light blue border on the top and left, shaded grey on the right and bottom borders.
Perhaps you were viewing a cached version when you were debugging (sometimes pressing the CTL key at the same time as clicking on the refresh button will fix this)
